I enjoy working together with the other entities; the towns, ports, and county. I fought for the whole county so that all residents of Wahkiakum felt they had someone working for them. One of the things I am most proud of while being a commissioner was working together with the food banks to help organize and improve communications between them. Helping get the West End food pantry started was one of the highlights of my career. They grew, and their board, along with the West End support, is what makes it successful. I just appreciate that I got to be part of bringing it to existence. Working together to make Wahkiakum County a great area to living in.
